I have recently been an outpatient at Airedale Hospital and would like to pass on my thanks for the very helpful, professional and thoughtful staff you have there. The receptionist in cardiology was extremely efficient when it came to organising some tests I had to have and when she said she would phone if an earlier date came up she did just that! I’m sure many like to complain about our health service but I certainly had the best service I could have had."
