- Only members who join before the close of nominations, are entitled to vote in this election
- Every member living in an area with a contested seat will then receive a ballot paper in the post to their home address on or around 2 May 2012
- Members vote for candidates in their own constituency only and have until 23 May to send back their vote
- The results of the election will be published on the Trust website on 24 May, the day after the close of voting
- The successful candidates will then be invited to induction event to prepare them for the role
