Getting help if you have problems

We try our best to give a good standard of care at Airedale. But sometimes things don't go quite as we would like them to. If you have any problems with the way we are looking after you then please let us know. You could talk to your nurse or doctor who will try to sort out any problems before they become too serious.

You can ask to talk to the ward Manager or the Matron for the area you are in. They will do their best to deal with any problems and they have the authority to make things happen.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

You can ask to see one of our PALS officers. They work to solve patients' problems and will put you in touch with specialist advocacy services if you need them. Ask your nurse to arrange for the PALS officer to visit you. Please Click Here to read the PALS Leaflet
