    Airedale NHS Foundation Trust Charitable Funds is a registered charity, number 1050730. Each year we receive generous donations and legacies from members of the public which are used to enhance patient care over and above the core services or facilities that are funded by the Government.     Making a donation

    In person
    Please ask a member of staff on the ward you are visiting for a donation envelope and if your prefer you can choose which ward or department you would like your donation to be allocated to by indicating on the envelope. You can return your donation envelope to a senior member of staff on the ward.

    Please print off this Gift Aid form and include is along with your cheque payable to “Airedale NHS Foundation Trust Charitable Funds” and post to: Finance Department, Airedale General  Hospital, Skipton Road, Keighley, BD20 6TD.

    Please click here to make a donation using your credit or debit card. If you are a UK tax payer please include Gift Aid which will allow us to recover an additional 25% from the Government at no extra cost to you.

    Employee Payroll Giving

    Payroll Giving is a means for employees to donate to any UK registered charity directly from their Gross Pay – so before tax is taken. This gives an immediate tax relief of up to 45% depending what rate of tax an employee pays. In order to operate the scheme your employer needs to contract with a recognised Payroll Giving Agency such as Charities Trust. You can download our Payroll Giving form by clicking here and present it to your HR advisor at your place of work.

    Fundraising

    If you are interested in organising your own fundraising event for the hospital, please complete and send back this Fundraising Agreement Form. Here are our top 60 Fundraising Ideas to help you get started and remember to spread the good news about your fundraising for your chosen ward or department at the Hospital. To collect donations please use this  Sponsorship Form and where possible remember to ask your friends and family to include their address and Gift Aid signature. If you would like to have our help to promote your fundraising event, please fill in Have I Got News for you form and send it back to us.

    Charity of the Year

    If you are a local group or business and you would like to nominate an appeal or a Hospital Trust Fund as your Charity of the Year, please complete this Partnership Enquiry and return it to the address on the form.

    Leaving a legacy

    When you are making your will, your first concern will naturally be for your own family and friends, but if you can also remember Airedale NHS Foundation Trust Charitable Funds we are extremely grateful.
