Cancers that start in a woman’s reproductive system are called gynaecological cancers.
At Airedale NHS Foundation Trust we offer all suspected cancer patients an appointment within two weeks of their GP referral.

A team of specialist staff provides support to patients diagnosed with gynaecological cancers before, during and after treatment. Including in-patient care, radiology, histopathology, hysterectomy, surgery, follow up care and palliative care.
We also work closely with Leeds Teaching Hospitals, if you are required to have complex gynaecology surgery you will be transferred here.
