Health information centre
The Health Information Centre provides Airedale NHS Trust staff with access to high quality information and facilities to support professional development, service improvement, evidence based practice, decision making, and education.
We provide access to over 3,000 textbooks and over 30,000 journals covering medical, nursing, therapy, healthcare and managment.
We also provide access to study space, a quiet working environment, and IT equipment.
To borrow our books you will need to register as a reader. To do this please visit the Health Information Centre and ask for a reader registration form. It is free to join. Please bring your staff ID with you.
Our standard opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
Outside of these hours you can access the study area and computer suite using your staff swipe card.
Ebooks , journals, databases and other online resources can be accessed at any time on an internet conected device with your Athens account.
