Financial management

The financial management team is responsible for providing the management accounting support to the Groups across the Trust. This includes the production of monthly financial management information, financial advice and support to budget holders, supporting the preparation of annual budgets, producing business cases, and supporting budget holders in variance analysis and forecasting.

As well as internal financial management support, the central team focuses on monthly and quarterly statutory returns to our regulators, advice and support with our five year planning, business development and project support, annual reference cost submission, and service line reporting.
