Working at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust brings with it many staff benefits.
Airedale NHS Foundation Trust recognises that the health, wellbeing and capability of its staff is a key enabler to achieving its vision and values that focus on delivering safe, effective, high quality care to its service users.
We aim to support you in any way we can which is why we have an agile and inclusive wellbeing offer, dedicated employee health and wellbeing service, and Employee Assistance Programme.
We have integrated one-to-one wellbeing inductions and annual wellbeing conversations with colleagues and their managers into our framework in order to openly discuss how we can best support your wellbeing at work.

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust boasts lots of green space and nature where you can go walking and have outdoor meetings. We also have our wellbeing garden which is a quiet and tranquil area for relaxing on breaks.
Colleagues are entitled to fast-track referrals to Employee Health and Wellbeing including in-house physiotherapy services.

We are committed to creating a fairer and more diverse workplace that represents the communities we serve. We have four staff networks (gender, race equality, LGBTQ+, disability) which offer a safe place for people to come together to share experiences, tackle issues and help us to become a better, more inclusive employer.
