The conference took place on Thursday 23 June and showcased the vital contribution that finance staff play in healthcare across the Yorkshire and Humber region.

This award recognises individuals who show professional excellence in financial management and leadership and the contribution they have made to their organisation and towards the improvement in health or healthcare locally.

“The pride that Izaaz takes in his work is visible every day, this has earned him an excellent reputation across the Trust.

“Everyone needs an Izaaz – he is one in a million!”

Izaaz was delighted with his win and says:

“I have the privilege of working with some amazing people at Airedale, and to be nominated by my colleagues for this award is a real honour.
