Trust named as finalist for HSJ Value award
We are proud to announce the trust has been named as a finalist for a Health Service Journal (HSJ) Value award in the category of NHS Support Service Initiative of the Year – for our work to reduce spending on agency staffing.
The HSJ Value Awards recognise excellent use of resources, and also seek out examples of demonstrable improvement in outcomes, both within back office functions and clinical initiatives. Out of hundreds of entries, 166 projects and initiatives were selected as finalists. The final round of judging will take place in April where finalists will have the opportunity to present to a panel of experts and NHS leaders.
The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony held in Manchester on 23 May.
