New media enquiry

Filming and photography at our hospitals

We will always try to accommodate requests from the media for our staff to be involved in filming and photography, providing patient care is not affected and the request is reasonable and appropriate.

All requests for interviews with patients or staff and any filming or photography at our hospitals should be directed to the communications team in the first instance, and should not be done without our prior approval.

No patients or staff should be filmed or photographed without the proper consent, even if done from the outside of our hospital.

Location filming requests

Our hospital is in a stunning rural location and we regularly receive requests for documentary and location filming.  All requests will be considered and we do try and accommodate them where possible and appropriate, providing these do not affect patient care and we have the capacity to help.  A location fee is charged per half day to reimburse our time in assisting with your request.

Proposals for filming should be sent to anhsft.communications@nhs.net or contact us on 01535 294541 or 01535 294544 to discuss.
