Nicola is Therapy Services Admin Manager, leading a team of 20 administrative staff across multiple therapy services.  She has over 20 years of leadership and management experience across healthcare and retail sectors, with expertise in workforce planning, service improvement, and employee engagement.

She holds MCIPD status and a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development, with additional qualifications in Executive Leadership.

Nicola is an active supporter of local community initiatives, including school and charity events.

She is passionate about creating a positive working environment where every colleague feels valued and heard. In her role as Staff Governor, she aims to ensure that the views and contributions of non-clinical colleagues are recognised in shaping the future of the Trust. She is committed to championing workforce wellbeing, inclusion, and service excellence for the benefit of both staff and patients .
