Area of responsibility
As Executive Director of Finance, Amy is responsible for the leadership of the Finance and Information departments. This includes the overall financial stewardship of the organisation, financial planning, data quality, and day-to day financial and information reporting. Amy also works alongside partners in the Bradford District & Craven Place, and the West Yorkshire ICS, to ensure that organisational financial plans reflect regional and national priorities

Background / Profile
Amy joined the Trust in 2013 as Deputy Director of Finance, and in 2018 supported the establishment of AGH Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trust, for which she was Director of Finance until October 2020. In November 2020 Amy was appointed to Finance Director for the Trust. She has extensive experience working in NHS finance having joined the NHS Graduate Training Scheme in 2002.
Throughout her career Amy has mainly worked across Acute and Specialist Trusts in a variety of financial management roles. Amy remains a keen supporter of the graduate training scheme, being passionate about the development of finance teams, and with a particular interest in diversity and inclusion across NHS finance.
