We're still working on this page!

Hello, my name is Katie Lister; I’m head of the communications team here at Airedale.

We’ve been working hard on our new website and are still working with some of our services to make sure the most up to date information is available to you, so please bear with us while we finish this section.

You will find some basic information below, including key information and contact details for the service you’re looking for....but in the coming weeks this will be updated to provide you a much larger information resource.

If you’re looking for general health information please go to www.nhs.uk.

Thanks for your patience.

Welcome

Physiotherapy can help ill, injured or disabled people recover movement and function to regain their full potential. Physiotherapy takes a holistic approach and involves the patient directly in their own care. In most areas, physiotherapists work as part of multidisciplinary teams.

Location Can be found on Zone A and Zone D

At the core is the patient’s involvement in their own care, through education, awareness, empowerment and participation in their treatment.

You can benefit from physiotherapy at any time in your life. Physiotherapists help patients on wards prepare for and recover from surgery or injury, maintain their independence at home, manage back and neck pain, prepare for childbirth, help with continence and deal with many long-term conditions.
