Laura is an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner and specialist physiotherapist in the management of shoulder and elbow conditions. She graduated from Northumbria University in 2007 with an Masters degree in Physiotherapy, having previously completed a degree in Psychology at Nottingham University. Laura has completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is a trained injection therapist. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and The British Elbow and Shoulder Society.

Laura has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since 2009 and has extensive experience managing shoulder and elbow pathology across different NHS trusts. Laura currently works within the orthopaedic service at Airedale, working closely with other Advanced Practitioners and Upper Limb Consultants to provide accurate diagnoses, request imaging, inject, list for surgery and provide post-operative care.
