Our health and
wellbeing offer

The word thrive with a jumping person as the letter I

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust recognises that the health, wellbeing and capability of its staff is a key enabler to achieving its vision and values that focus on delivering safe, effective, high-quality care to its service users.

We aim to support you in any way we can which is why we have an agile and inclusive wellbeing offer, dedicated employee health and wellbeing service, and Employee Assistance Programme.

We have integrated one-to-one wellbeing inductions and annual wellbeing conversations with colleagues and their managers into our framework in order to openly discuss how we can best support your wellbeing at work.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

 Physical Wellbeing

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust boasts lots of green space and nature where you can go walking and have outdoor meetings. We also have our wellbeing garden which is a quiet and tranquil area for relaxing on breaks.
